Hamburger & Rice


So tonight is one of those meals that is totally unfair for me to post. We get our beef from my dad's farm. Not processed, organic, delicious beef. So if you try this meal and it isn't up to snuff, that's why. This is what I make when Jon and I want hamburger, but really don't want to spend too long cooking.

1/2 pound hamburger
1/2 cup rice
Seasoned Salt
Chow Mein noodles

Brown beef, cook rice, combine all and enjoy. Perfect for 2 people.

Short eh? I love it. When I cook with this meat I actually don't drain it. The juices make the flavor so great!!
